About  Us

Long story short

OUR AIMS ARE:

BEEP is a charity set up to continue the vital work and repeat the spectacular success of the Rugby Empowering Employment Programme (REEP). REEP changed the life chances of 93% of participants, who were disengaged and disenfranchised from the workplace, for the better. REEP was made possible through funding from the 2015 Rugby World Cup Legacy and donations and support from generous local partners. The Rugby World Cup is now over but the demand continues.  We remember that “Every Individual Matters” to our economy, communities and the lives of the young people we help.
  • To help young people identify, understand and achieve their potential
  • To build their confidence, self esteem and resilience
  • To help them to identify and set achievable personal goals
  • To engage with employers who can offer real job opportunities
  • To build positive and meaningful relationships with our volunteer mentors

How sessions help

‘This is the first time I have been on a course that has been all about me, the coaches really helped me to find out what is was that I wanted to do and I now feel confident enough to go for an interview’

Our Trustees

Our Team

We are delighted to have the support of a fantastic team of trustees, helping to make sure BEEP continues to run great programmes and ongoing volunteer mentoring support, to provide young people with the very best opportunities to move forward positively with their lives.

Our diverse team of Ambassadors promote BEEP. Venues and facilities are always essential to the programme and the use of these are regularly donated by businesses and other organisations.

We cannot do this without YOUR support. BEEP does not receive any government funding and all our programmes rely on donations and fundraising.

All of the Trustees would like to THANK everyone who engages with our charity, all support is massively appreciated.

“I am extremely proud to be one of the founding trustees of BEEP. The work we do has a positive and life changing impact, not only for the young people we work with but also for their families and the community they live in. I am committed to helping people to move forward positively with their lives.

“I became a trustee of BEEP after seeing the real difference the programmes make to the life chances of individuals. My organisation has employed a young person who was struggling with life and finding it very difficult to gain employment. The programme provided him with the skills and tools needed to move his life forward positively”

“I feel privileged to be a BEEP trustee.  BEEP makes a difference by combining the positive forces of businesses, communities and individuals to work with young people who have struggled to find employment. Like everyone involved in BEEP I truly believe that ‘every individual matters’ and that given opportunity, skills and confidence every young person has the potential to lead an independent and fulfilling life. It is a reward in itself.”
